• Internal faults not caused by external damage

• Improper charging or use of non-approved chargers
• Physical damage (drops, impacts, punctures)
• Water or environmental damage
• Improper storage or neglect
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and gradual capacity loss

📊 Battery Performance

Batteries naturally lose capacity over time. This warranty applies only if performance drops below acceptable operating levels under normal use. Minor reductions in range are not covered.

📦 Warranty Claims

• Submit any requested diagnostics
• Wait for approval and solution
